Our research into how much knowing your true times

could be useful psychologically (and/or in other ways)

does at first seem quite silly to many people. So when

Dr. Wilford W. Spradlin, M.D., told us in a letter that

although our TrueTyme clock may seem simplistic, it

has profound implications, his words meant a lot to us.

And his observation during a follow-up telephone call

that we consider adding mood journaling, tracking and

analysis features -- what we now call "MoodTyme" --

was another sample of his generosity of spirit. Dr. Wil

has been a source of light to thousands of medical stu-

dents and residents, and of course better health to tens

of thousands of patients. So although not an adviser to

our Better Tymes Project, we also say much thanks and

God Bless to a great neuroscientist -- and humanitarian.
